October was a fun filled month in Fourth Class. We had a trip to the National Concert Hall where we were entertained by the WhistleBlast Quartet. They played fabulous music from around Europe and we even got to join in. They were very impressed when we told them that all of the students in Fourth Class were learning the violin.
We also learned how important it is to look after our Mental Health this month. We took part in lots of activities to show us how to look after our own mental health. We practised mindfulness, yoga and random acts of kindness to brighten up everyone's day.
We wore odd shoes and took part in a Mile Challenge to help us to realise that we should try and not judge people and show understanding and tolerance towards everyone.
